Shamless Self Promoting
I almost don’t know how to react to this. I’m not famous by any means but I’ve managed to achieve a bit of noteriety on Instructables with my Floppy Disk Pen Holder. 27,203 views and counting, my pen holder had been up for nearly a year and received only a handful of views before a chance article that was picked posted on Lifehacker shot my humble instructable straight to the front page.

The geeky goodness doesn’t end there either. Just today I check my email and behold a Senior Associate Editor from Popular Science magazine has contacted me and wants to feature my idea as their “5-Minute Project” in their DIY section!
Of course I said yes. I’ll keep you guys updated.

Honestly, I had never heard of the Watchmen until the movie began production. All the hype surrounding it forced me to rush and catch up on the backstory so I didn’t sound like a complete idiot in geek forums. Now I’m hooked and I’m drooling over this trailer.

Make Your Own Coffee Bag Wallet
I’m a very big fan of instructables. The DIY projects you can find there are nothing short of amazing. I even posted my own instructable over a year ago, the Floppy Disk Pen Holder even received a good bit of internet fame when it was featured on the pages of Lifehacker.
Dunkin' Donuts coffee is surprisingly good.
One of my favorite instructables has got the be the RIAA’s Paper Wallet. I made several, gave them to friends and family and used them myself for several months. One day, I saw a lady that was still carrying one of those purses made from Capri Sun pouches. I then thought to myself that those would make a much sturdier wallet, but I don’t like Capri Sun…..but I love coffee. A few modifications later and I present to you The Coffee Bag Wallet. People have literally freaked out when I whip it out to pay. One lady even hugged me when I gave her an extra one I had.
